Refunds and Exchange Policy

At I Think I Found It, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your item, we offer a straightforward refund and exchange policy.

Refunds

• Eligibility: You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

• Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@ithinkifoundit.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

• Eligibility: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Process: To arrange an exchange, email us at info@ithinkifoundit.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. We will guide you through the process and check the availability of your requested item.

• Exchanges: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process the exchange. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative item of the same value.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items, such as earrings (for hygiene reasons) and personalised pieces, are non-returnable unless faulty.
